NoticeConnect is at the County of Carleton Law Association's 24th East Region Solicitors Conference, as a sponsor and as the subject of one of this year's presentations.

Since this decision by Justice Conway last summer, NoticeConnect has become the industry standard for advertising for creditors in Ontario. Publishing a notice to creditors is a sensible, cost-effective step that every estate trustee should take to protect themselves from liability.
