"We are thrilled to expand our partnership with DoProcess and launch this new integration. Estate-a-Base is already a powerful and comprehensive estate administration platform. Adding the ability to search the Canada Will Registry will make it even easier for firms to find important estate planning documents."

Patrick Hartford, Founder & CEO, NoticeConnect

The integration allows lawyers to submit a will search query. Our system then takes the search query and compares it against the wills in our database. Using a smart matching algorithm, we identify if anyone has registered a document you're looking for. If a firm has a matching will, they will reach out to you directly within 30 days.

Users will receive a search certificate as proof of due diligence. This certificate verifies that you have taken effective action to search for a missing will. Searching the Canada Will Registry is also disbursable back to the estate.

“We’re excited to further develop our partnership with NoticeConnect. The Canada Will Registry is a great tool that provides our customers a quick, cost-effective way to complete their due diligence in searching for a Will. It’s impressive that it already contains more than 200,000 Wills and of course, that number is always growing.”

Grant Goldrich, President, DoProcess

With this integration, NoticeConnect and DoProcess are providing lawyers and their clients access to the right tools for effective due diligence.
